Kaj pomeni biti človek? Elementarna hrana svojskosti 7/8 What it means to be a human? Elemental food of naturalness 7/8

Ljudje smo ujeti v svet ponavljanja enih-in-istih vzorcev, rutin, ritmov. Masovna proizvodnja znanja, hrane in stvari zrcali ujetost v to miselno zanko.

Znanje ni nizanje misli povezanih v nekakšno linearno miselno ogrlico. Znanje obstaja brez misli in besed! In to kakšno Znanje!

Zri v življenje brez popačenja in z Njim neprekinjeno občuj.

Vrelec mladosti

3 Najdi svojo dihalno-gibalno veščino. Z občutkom, z ustreznim dihanjem in s pravo intenzivnostjo napenjaj in raztezaj svoje telo dnevno sam v svojem ritmu. Veliko hodi v tišini in sam.

6 Neguj ustvarjalnost in neumsko udejstvovanje.

The naturalness needs its conditions in order to be realized. The purer the ‘food’, the more natural we are. We humans are trapped in a world of repeating one-and-the-same patterns, routines, rhythms. The mass production of knowledge, food, and things mirrors our intrapment into this mind trap. We realize that our ‘progress’ was imaginary, our attention was only more and more nailed to dependence on inventions and forgotten in its naturalness, which is truly a mirror of progress. Our culture is, unfortunately and fortunately, just a verbal agreement that we have imprinted on the platform of life. Unfortunately, because this is not in line with the flow and nature of life, which is fresh and new at every moment. Fortunately, however, because we can easily get rid of this verbal agreement by stopping feeding it with our consent.

Let us empty our minds of all that has come into us through the verbal path. Let us begin to look at current events from the purity of thought, from which we silence the whisperer who explains and judges. Let’s cut all too long trapped into the belief that knowledge is just what we can think about and talk about. Knowledge is not a string of thoughts connected into some sort of linear mind necklace. Knowledge exists without thoughts and words! And what Knowledge! Our language has no word for it, but Sanskrit calls it Gyana, or the silent knowledge of life realized by all living beings without thinking of a single thought.

As an invitation to Gyana to begin to flow to you and through you, cultivate the following (non) actions (this is not a normal act, our task is to stop maintaining the dominance of the captured thoughts over gazing into the phenomenon of life):

1 Nurture mental silence from hip to hip. It is not a meditation exercise at certain times of the day, but a state of mind in which the attention is in your hands and willingly on the current happening, no matter what you do with your body. Look at life without distortion and feel continuously with It.

2 Learn to get in and out of sleep. Get to sleep through the intended inner silence by watching your body fall asleep. Don’t interfere with how the body does it, just notice what’s going on with it, how it’s breathing, how you’re experiencing it. When you wake up, let your first focus be again on the intended inner silence. If the thought does not give you peace, help yourself with a chosen breathing-movement ritual, prayer or forest walk before you step among the people.

3 Find your breathing-movement skills. With feeling, with proper breathing, and with the right intensity, tense and stretch your body daily alone in your own rhythm. Walk a lot in silence and alone.

4 Nurture an atmosphere of peace, gratitude, and joy in which you express respect for the gift of life available to you. Notice (don’t judge) what you are using this gifted breath for.

5 Find out which foods give you what you need for a particular effect. Food can bring you restlessness or peace. Learn to eat simple, little different ingredients at once and foods that have remained in their original form. Don’t eat pre-prepared / processed foods in which you don’t know what you’re getting. Wait and observe how food affects the body. Get to know the combinations of foods that give the desired effect. Let your body just tell you what, when, how and how much it suits it and find its rhythm. Obey it’s commands as holy!

6 Expose yourself to natural elements through work, movement, rest, fun, dressing, touching, applying …. Walk in any weather, choose to rest and relax on earth, on water, in trees, by the fire, under the stars, in the moonlight and in the sun. Apply to yourself only what you could also eat. Don’t buy cosmetics from animal and human embryos, royal jelly and other killings. Wear dresses in natural materials.

6 Nurture creativity and non-mental engagement. Realize yourself through spontaneous inspirations. Find your art in which you can forget about yourself and the world stops for you. Keep quiet, observe, and nurture a lot of non-interference in what is happening on its own in front of the screen of your attention inside you or outside of you.

7 Follow your love, not the desires, passions or needs of a dependent thought! Nurture relationships in which you feel good … maintain confidence in your own word … judge responsibly and stand by your decisions … take responsibility for your situation … ignore overgrown habits … notice what drives you and what it comes from you … give what you want to reap … be useful and pleasant company to your fellow human beings ….

When we love ourselves enough to afford what the naturalness needs, then we not only survive, but flourish in our given abilities. Naturalness is the face of non-forgery known to all nature. We can only dig it out of ourselves with the relentless care of inner silence, obedience to love, and giving freedom. These qualities of the living are not in the curriculum of our education, but the beauty of repression is that through limitations it creates conditions in which humanity can only flourish on its own. The comfort of the familiar and the domestic does not suit her … so the daily awakening into a day as an indescribable leaf that can move in any direction at any time… is a necessity of awakened humanity.
